Open the EtihadWE website.
Click on Login and select Customer.
Log in using UAE PASS.
From the main menu, click on Apply Service.
Under the Apply section, click on Meter Shifting.
Click on the Start Service button.
Select from the Premise Number list.
Select the meter you want to transfer from the Service Meter list.
In the Meter Shifting To list, select the new meter location. The meter shifting fees will be calculated automatically.
Click Proceed.
Select the Payment Gateway by choosing one of the available options.
Enter your card details and click the Pay button.
