Active Electricity and water supply

Service Description

It is an application submitted by a customer or a new lessee for reconnection of the electricity and water supply service to the facility whose account was formerly cleared upon the evacuation by the former lessee of such a facility for using it once more.

Service will reconnect to the primes in 24 hour.

How to apply and Procedures

  • submission of application
    • Duly filled application form with all required documents attached, can be submitted in the Customer Services Centers along with the required fee and security deposit as determined by the staff according to the application.
  • The Service is activated for the facility within 24 hours
