• Submit a request to update your customer information.
  
• Provide the required information and documents.​
  
• You will receive an SMS containing the request number.
• ​You will be notified once the data update has been completed.

Required Information:​

• Emirates ID number
• Account number for which the data is to be updated
• Mobile number
• ​Email address

Required Document​s

• A clear copy of the Emirates ID
  
• Title deed or site plan
