It is noteworthy that a triathlon is a multi-sport endurance race encompassing swimming, cycling, and running over various distances, depending on the competition category, such as Super Sprint, Sprint, and Olympic. The Olympic category, known for its heightened challenge, involves a 1500-meter swim, 40-kilometer bike ride, and a 10-kilometer run.
