Etihad Water and Electricity Company (EtihadWE) has successfully concluded key aspects of its strategy related to the forthcoming phase of comprehensive transformation within the semi-governmental sector, encompassing administrative and organizational changes for all employees. These measures include decisions and mandatory general policies.

These achievements were reflected through a series of information sessions and awareness meetings organized recently by the company. The events were attended by Shaikha Murad Al Blooshi, the Acting Executive Director of the shared Services, and Ali Mohammed Salem, the Employee Relations Manager, along with teams from the Human Capital Department. The most recent meeting took place last week, involving employees from the Ajman, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain regions. Another session was organized on for employees from Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and the Central Region, with approximately 650 employees in attendance.

During these meetings, Shaikha Murad Al Blooshi, elucidated the strategic objectives of the transformation and the associated plans for the upcoming phase. She also addressed all questions and inquiries raised by the attendees regarding the implementation process and its procedures.
